This privacy policy explains how Avorqen s. r. o., registered office at Tallerova 4, 811 02 Bratislava, company ID 56 482 137, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section: Sro, file no. 178452/B (the “Controller”), processes personal data of visitors to the website avorqen.com.

1. Scope of processed data

We only process personal data you voluntarily provide via contact or sign-up forms, namely first name, last name and email address. We may also process technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) collected automatically during your browsing.

2. Purpose of processing

We use your data solely to add you to the waiting list for upcoming real estate projects, to send information about the Avorqen platform and to comply with statutory obligations under the laws of the Slovak Republic and the European Union.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or, where applicable, on the legitimate interest of the Controller in improving the website content.

4. Retention period

We keep personal data for the duration of your consent, no longer than 36 months from the last contact, or for the period required by law.

5. Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except processors with a data processing agreement (EU-based hosting and email infrastructure providers).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@avorqen.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
